Marketing and referral service disclosure
Choose Me Drive is an independent automotive marketing and lead-referral service operated by Choose Me Properties LLC. Choose Me Drive is not a licensed vehicle dealer, lender, or lending broker. Choose Me Drive does not sell vehicles, make lending or credit decisions, process payments or deposits, hold vehicle inventory, or guarantee pricing or availability. The participating licensed dealership is solely responsible for vehicle sales, pricing confirmation, financing, contracts, taxes, title, registration, payment, pickup, and delivery.
Service area
The Choose Me Drive service is available in the United States excluding California. If you reside in California, we cannot process your inquiry, appointment, or finance handoff at this time.
Inventory and pricing disclaimer
Advertised vehicles, prices, and availability are provided by the participating licensed dealership and are subject to change. A vehicle shown on this website may be sold or unavailable at any time. The dealership confirms the actual price, availability, taxes, fees, and total cost at the time of sale. Payment estimates shown on vehicle pages are illustrative only and are not credit approvals, APR offers, or final financing offers.
Financing disclaimer
Financing may be available through the participating licensed selling dealership and its lenders. Choose Me Drive does not collect credit applications, run credit checks, or make lending or underwriting decisions. If you choose to continue to the dealership's secure credit application, your credit information is submitted directly to the licensed dealership and is not collected or stored by Choose Me Drive.
AI assistant disclaimer
Choose Me AI is a software assistant that can describe listed vehicles, explain shopping concepts, and help you request an appointment. Choose Me AI does not provide credit approvals or financial, legal, or lending advice. Pricing negotiations, credit questions, and vehicle availability are confirmed by a human on the Choose Me Drive team or the participating licensed dealership.
SMS and electronic consent
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of any purchase, financing, or service.
External dealership application
When you choose to continue to the licensed selling dealership's secure credit application, you leave the Choose Me Drive website and are subject to the dealership's own terms of use and privacy policy. Choose Me Drive does not pass sensitive credit information through the redirect URL and does not store the answers you provide on the dealership application.
Content accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information, the website and its contents are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, availability, or vehicle descriptions.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
