Who we are
Choose Me Drive is an independent automotive marketing and lead-referral service operating under Choose Me Properties LLC. Choose Me Drive is not the licensed selling dealership. Vehicle sales, pricing confirmation, financing decisions, credit applications, contracts, taxes, title, registration, payment, and delivery are handled by the participating licensed dealership.
Information we collect
Through the public website, Choose Me AI, Smart Buyer, Contact, Test-Drive, and Appointment forms, we may collect:
- Your name, email, mobile phone number, ZIP code, and state
- Your preferred language and preferred method of contact
- Vehicles you view, save, or inquire about
- Shopping information you voluntarily share (desired vehicle, timeline, trade-in, down-payment availability category)
- Appointment preferences and comments
- Marketing attribution data (UTM parameters, referring page, campaign identifiers)
- Device, IP, and browser information for security and fraud prevention
- Consent records, including exact wording and timestamp
Information we do NOT collect
Choose Me Drive does not collect, process, or store:
- Social Security numbers
- Full dates of birth
- Driver's-license images or numbers
- Bank information
- Credit-report data or credit-application answers
- Payment or deposit information
- Housing or employer information beyond a general category you voluntarily share
Sensitive credit information is submitted directly to the licensed selling dealership's secure credit application and is not stored by Choose Me Drive.
How we use information
- Match you with inventory and dealership representatives
- Fulfill your appointment, test-drive, or inquiry request
- Enable Choose Me AI to answer your shopping questions
- Measure which campaigns and content are helpful
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
Service area
Choose Me Drive currently facilitates referrals in the United States excluding California. California submissions are blocked and no information is retained in the sales workflow for excluded submissions.
Choose Me AI assistant
Choose Me AI is a software assistant. It can explain listed prices, inventory, and basic shopping information. It cannot and will not promise approval, APR, monthly payment, best price, out-the-door price, final trade value, or vehicle availability without human verification. Pricing negotiations, approval questions, and finance-specific questions are escalated to a human on the Choose Me Drive team.
SMS messaging
If you opt in to SMS, we will send text messages related to your inquiry or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase.
Sharing with the licensed selling dealership
When you request an appointment, request a test drive, or proceed to the dealership's secure credit application, we share the information you have provided to Choose Me Drive with the participating licensed dealership so they can serve you. The dealership's own privacy policy governs the information you provide directly to them (including anything you enter on their credit application).
Your choices
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Request deletion of your Choose Me Drive record
- Opt out of marketing contact at any time
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS
